(STR-SV-101) 2-Day Intensive

Fixed. Mobile. Foot. Every case you'll ever take starts with somebody watching somebody else. Fidelity Investigations (aka "Cheating Spouse")

(STR-FI-101) 2-Day Intensive

Someone's going to call you about their spouse. This is one of the highest-demand, highest-paying areas in this business. But it can also lead to tricky situations if you don’t know what you’re doing — legally, ethically, or otherwise. This course covers everything: the call, the contract, the fieldwork, and the tough conversation at the end where you hand someone evidence that changes their life. We even include a Workers' Comp briefing at no extra cost because the skills overlap. Why pay twice to learn them?

Cold-Case Homicide

(STR-HC-101) 2-Day Intensive · In-Person Course

This one's not for everyone, and it shouldn't be. Families often run out of people willing to keep looking long after the department has moved on. This course teaches you where the legal line sits — what you can do, what you can't, and how to work with law enforcement instead of around them. Then, we put you on a live cold case exercise so you know what it actually feels like before a real family is counting on you. Two full days, in person, no shortcuts.

(STR-MP-101) 2-Day Intensive

Is it a missing person or a rescue? That's the first question, and getting it wrong can cost someone their life or your license. We start with the legal line, then dive into OSINT for locates, and the fieldwork that backs it up. On Day Two, you're not just watching anymore — you're working on five real-world-style cases in small teams, from start to finish.
